What is pre-launch pricing?
Pre-launch pricing is Parsla's early public pricing before launch. It ends when Parsla launches publicly. If you subscribe before launch, your rate is locked for 12 months.
How does billing work?
Monthly plans are flexible: cancel anytime. You'll keep access to use any remaining analyses through the end of your current billing period, but unused analyses aren't refunded, and once you cancel you won't be charged again. Annual plans are billed once a year in a single payment; that single payment is what buys the best rate, and it is not refundable. The monthly figure shown on annual plans (like $295/mo) is what that single payment works out to per month, not a separate monthly charge. A single analysis is a one time purchase, cannot be refunded, and the credit never expires.
What happens if I cancel?
Monthly plans may be cancelled anytime. Access continues until the end of the current billing period, and unused analyses are not refunded. Annual plans are paid in a single yearly payment and run for the full 12 months; that payment is not refundable.
Why is the analysis the same in every plan?
Because Parsla does not sell two classes of truth. Every paid plan receives the same core analysis quality. Bigger plans include more analyses, more seats, and service priority, but not a weaker or stronger version of the answer.
Will prices change?
Yes. Pre-launch pricing ends at public launch. If you subscribe before launch, your locked rate holds for 12 months. After that period, pricing may change with notice.
Do unused analyses roll over?
No. Included monthly analyses reset each month and do not roll over. A Single analysis credit does not expire.
Is every figure in the analysis guaranteed?
No. Every figure is a modelled estimate built from available public data, current zoning rules, and the financial assumptions entered into Parsla. Parsla is a research and feasibility tool. It does not replace independent legal, financial, engineering, appraisal, planning, or construction advice.
